Biznextindia : ‘Moneycontrol.com’ has reported that Sheela Foam Ltd will fully acquire rival Kurlon Enterprise Ltd, buying 100 percent of the company in two tranches for a cash consideration of Rs 3,250 crore. The deal is expected to be concluded within a couple of months.
