New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday ordered CBI investigation for the Sushant Singh Rajput death case saying that this is a court-ordered CBI investigation and Maharastra government must comply and assist in this.
The apex court has held that the Bihar police is competent to transfer the investigation to CBI and has asked Mumbai police to transfer the cases to CBI.
