Bhubaneswar: Odisha on Sunday reported two more COVID-19 deaths taking the toll to 5. The two deaths are from Tata COVID-19 hospital in Berhampur, Ganjam, the state health department has confirmed. According to reports, the deceased persons are migrant labourers who had returned from Surat, Gujarat.
Meanwhile, the state has reported 91 new confirmed cases taking the tally to 828, out of which 627 are active cases while 196 persons have recovered.
Out of the 91 new cases, Bhadrak has reported highest 28 cases, followed by Balasore 17 cases and Ganjam 15 cases and Cuttack 12 cases while the Sambalpur district has reported its maiden case.
