Karunanidhi’s vital signs normalizing, says Latest Medical Bulletin

Chennai: The health condition of  DMK president and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister  M. Karunanidhi,  has remain critical. However, the latest medical bulletin has said that his vital signs are normalizing.

“There was a transient setback in the clinical condition of Kalaignar Dr. M. Karunanidhi, DMK president and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister. With active medical support, his vital signs are normalizing. He continues to be closely monitored and treated by the panel of expert doctors” the Kauveri Hospital, where he is being treated, said in a press statement.

In the previous medical bulletin, the hospital had said there was a drop in his blood pressure and it was stabilized. He is in the ICU and treated by a panel of doctors. The nonagenarian leader was suffering from fever and infection for the past few days and was being treated round-the-clock by a team of doctors and nursing personnel at his house.
