NewDelhi : The finance ministry has extended the last date for filing GSTR-3B for July, 2018 extended till 24th August, 2018 for all class of taxpayers. “The last date for Filing of Return in FORM GSTR-3B for the month of July, 2018 has been extended till 24th August, 2018 for all class of taxpayers by the Competent Authority. The relevant Notification for the same shall be issued shortly” the ministry said.
The government has also extended the last dates for filing GST returns for the flood affected Kerala, Mahe in Puduchery and Kodagu in Karnataka. While filing of GST return (FORM GSTR-3B) for the month of July has been extended to 5th October, for August it has been extended to 10th October.
Filing of GST return (FORM GSTR-1) for the quarter July to September for Taxpayers having turnover upto Rs. 1.5 crore has been extended to 15thNovember. FORM GSTR-1 for the month of July, 2018 for Taxpayers having turnover above Rs. 1.5 crores has been extended to 5th October and for for the month of August has been extended to 10th October.
