New Delhi : Petrol & Diesel prices have continued to slide for the 6th day. Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), India’s largest oil marketing company, today cut Petrol prices by 15 paise and Diesel prices by 14 paise. With this reduction Petrol price has come down to Rs.77.96 and Diesel prices to Rs. 68.97 in Delhi. Similarly, Petrol and Diesel prices in Mumbai has come down to Rs.85.77 and Rs.73.43. similarly, in Bhubaneswar Petrol and Diesel prices have come down to Rs.76.77 and Rs. 73.94 respectively.
The Oil prices have been sliding for the last 6 days. In these 6 days Petrol prices have dropped by total 46-49 paise and Diesel prices by 34-36 paise.
In the international market, Brent Crude oil has eased slightly by 28 cent to US$ 76.51. The Crude Oil prices will ease further if the OPEC and Non-OPEC countries come to an agreement to increase production in the later half of this month.
