India reports 3.82 lakh fresh cases, 25 out of every 100 samples come out positive
New Delhi : India reported 3.82 fresh cases and record 3780 deaths in the last 24 hours. With this India’s COVID-19 tally has increased to 20665148 and death toll increased to 226188, according to the data shared by the union health ministry.
India has tested 1541299 samples yesterday out of which 382315 samples were positive implying a positivity rate of 24.8 per cent. So 25 out of every 100 samples tested are coming out positive.
Odisha reports 9889 fresh cases
Bhubaneswar: After continuously reporting 9000 daily cases for 4 days, Odisha has reported nearly 10,000 fresh COVID-19 cases on 4th May.
According to the data released by Odisha I&PR department, the state has reported 9889 fresh cases in the last 24 hours which includes 4278 local cases and 5611 quarantine cases. With this Odisha’s COVID-19 tally has increased to 4.89 lakh which includes 77257 active cases.
