New Delhi: India’s daily COVID-19 cases witness a marginal increase for the last three days as the country reported 1,34,154 fresh cases in the last 24-hours against the previous two days’ figure of 1,32,788 cases and 1,27,510 cases.
However, daily death toll once again slipped below 3000 mark in the last 24-hours.
According to the data released by the union health ministry, India has reported 1,34,154 new cases and 2887 deaths in the last 24 hours ending 8 am Thursday. With this India’s COVID-19 tally has risen to 2.84 crore and death toll has increased to 3.37 lakh.
Meanwhile, the number of recoveries continued to outnumber fresh cases as 2,11,499 people have recovered during the 24–hours which has further pulled the active case load to 17.13 lakh.
