Avoid using SBI internet banking, Yono App today, know the reason

Bhubaneswar: If you are a customer of State Bank of India (SBI), then avoid its internet banking services like SBI internet banking, SBI Yono and Yono Lite on Sunday. The bank on Saturday said that its internet banking platforms like INB, Yono and Yono-lite likely to experience some intermittent issues on 22nd November Sunday due to up gradation activity of its internet banking platform.

“We are upgrading our internet Banking platform for better customer experience. During this upgrade activity, INB/YONO/YONO Lite may experience some intermittent issues on 22nd November 2020” a tweet by SBI read.

“We request our esteemed customers to bear with us as we upgrade our internet banking platform to provide for a better online banking experience” said SBI.

SBI is the largest commercial bank in India in terms of Asset, deposits, branches and customer base. In the July-September quarter the bank has reported 52 per cent rise in its net profit to Rs.4574 crore. During the quarter SBI’s domestic advances were up 6.89 per cent year-on-year to Rs.20.61 lakh crore. Deposits rose 14.4 per cent to Rs.34.7 lakh crore.
