Ness Digital acquires German-based MVP Factory


Biznextindia : Ness Digital Engineering has recently completed the acquisition of MVP Factory, a prominent corporate venture builder and product design studio based in Germany. With its headquarters in Berlin, MVP Factory has gained recognition for its comprehensive services in digital venture and product development. The company has been at the forefront of pioneering the venture studio model and has served clients worldwide, including esteemed organizations like DB Schenker. By leveraging lean and agile methodologies, MVP Factory empowers clients to conceptualize, validate, launch, and scale digital ventures. Furthermore, the studio’s cross-functional team possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling them to identify fresh opportunities and innovative business models within rapidly evolving industries. The transaction is expected to close at the end of June 2023. Financial details were not disclosed.
