Biznextindia : Escorts Kubota Limited Agri Machinery Segment in July 2022 sold 5,360 tractors as against 6,564 tractors sold in July 2021. The company’s domestic tractor sales in July 2022 dropped by 22.3% to 4,704 tractors as against 6,055 tractors sold in July 2021. Meanwhile, its Export tractor sales during the month grew by 28.9% to 656 tractors as against 509 tractors sold in July 2021.
However, the cumulative sales during the April-July period remained flat at 32157 units as against 32499 units during the corresponding period last year.
On the other hand, the Construction Equipment Segment of the company in July 2022 sold 302 machines as against 367 machines sold in July 2021, registering a drop of 17.7%. The cumulative sales during the April-July period increased by 30% to 1268 units, as against 973 units sold during the corresponding period last year.
