Biznextindia : AirAsia India announced the launch of its Pay Day sale with fares starting at ₹1,499, for routes like Delhi-Jaipur, in addition to similar discounted sale fares across its network. The offer is applicable on bookings made from 28th July till 31st July 2022 for travel between 15th August and 31st December 2022. The airline has extended this offer for bookings made on its website www.airasia.co.in, mobile app and other major booking channels.
The airline recently announced the expansion of its network to Lucknow with operations commencing from 5th August, 2022. The addition of Lucknow will offer direct flights connecting to Bengaluru, Delhi, Goa, Kolkata and Mumbai. AirAsia India is also connecting Lucknow to other stations on its network with convenient one-stop itineraries, including Srinagar, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Guwahati.
The airline continues to be the most punctual airline in India, as reported by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). AirAsia India led the On Time Performance metrics in April, May and June 2022.
