Mumbai : Indian benchmark indices open flat amid mixed global cues. At 09:17 IST, the BSE Sensex is down 83.99 points or 0.15% at 57,612.47, and the Nifty down 28.10 points or 0.16% at 17,168.60. About 1310 shares have advanced, 785 shares declined, and 125 shares are unchanged.
Tech Mahindra, SBI Life Insurance, HDFC, Titan and Hindalco Industries are among major gainers, while losers are Coal India, Maruti Suzuki, Infosys, ONGC,BPCL and Eicher Motors on the Nifty.
