Bhubaneswar: Despite prolonged lockdown, the Coronavirus has continued to wreak havoc in India as total cases rose to 1.18 lakh with more than 3500 deaths.
As per the latest data released by the Health Ministry, India’s total cases rose to 118447 by Friday morning. The total number includes 66330 active cases and 3583 deaths while 48533 people have been recovered from the deadly infection and one person has migrated.
With this, the country’s recovery rate has further improved to 41 per cent, while the death rate has remained stable at 3 per cent.
