Bhubaneswar: Naveen Jindal led Jindal Steel and Power (JSPL)’s Angul plant on Saturday achieved highest ever Steel production of 15,750 MT (Metric Tonne) in a single day. The plant has also made a national record of the longest Slab Caster Sequence of 45 Heats (10,529 MT) in a Single Tundish with Single SEN.

While, JSPL is yet to release its February production figure, it had produced 6.9 lakh tonnes of Steel in January which was less than December output of 7.3 lakh tonnes.
