Mumbai: Global Stock Markets have continued to crumble as the COVID19 pandemic spreads to more countries worldwide. While, the BSE Sensex opened with a fall of more than 1700 points, NSE Nifty opened below the 8000 mark for the first time since December 2016.
At 10 am the Sensex slipped below the 27000 mark, after dropping over 1800 points. Nifty also dropped by 6.22% or 5111.50 point to 7942.40 points.
