RBI to announce its 3rd bi-monthly policy statement for FY20 on 7th Aug

Mumbai: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will release its 3^rd Bi-Monthly policy statement for 2019-20 on 7^th of August at 11.45 am. For this the monetary policy committee (MPC) of RBI will meet during 5^th to 7^th August.

“The Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) will meet during August 5 to 7, 2019 for the Third Bi-monthly Monetary Policy Statement for 2019-20. The resolution of the MPC will be placed on the website at 11.45 AM on August 7, 2019” RBI said in a statement.

In its last Monetary Policy Statement announced in June 7^th, RBI has reduced repo rate by 25 basis points to 5.75%.
