Oil prices drop for the 4th consecutive day, IOCL cuts Petrol, Diesel prices 10p

Bhubaneswar:  For the 4th consecutive day Oil marketing companies today slashed petrol and Diesel prices. Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), India’s largest oil marketing company today reduced Petrol and Diesel prices by 10 paise each. After this price revision, petrol is being sold at Rs. 76.37 per litre in Delhi and Rs. 83.82 per litre in Mumbai. Petrol prices in Kolkata and Chennai are at Rs. 79.20 per litre and Rs. 79.33 per litre respectively. Petrol is being sold at Rs. 75.27 in Bhubaneswar.

On the other hand Diesel can be purchased at Rs. 67.98 per litre in Delhi. Diesel prices stand at Rs. 72.17 per litre in Mumbai, Rs. 70.63 per litre in Kolkata and Rs. 71.79 per litre in Chennai, stated IOC, the nation’s largest fuel retailer.  Petrol is being sold at Rs. 72.91 in Bhubaneswar.

In the international market, the Brent Crude Oil prices have increased by 0.68% to USD 73.07 per barrel. However, the Indian Basket prices have continued to slide to reach USD 69.92 per barrel, a drop of 1.44%.
