Mumbai : Public sector Manganese Ore Producer MOIL ltd has increased Managense Ore prices effective from today. This is the first increase since the month of October when the prices were increased by 7.25%. In the month of December the company had decreased the ore prices by 5% of the October prices.
The prices of Ferro Grade, SMGR (Mn 30% & Mn 25%) and Chemical Grade have been increased by about 12.5 % on the existing prices which is around Rs. 6,400 in Decmber. The prices of Fines have been increased by about 10% on the existing prices. Similalry, The price of Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD), have been increased by about 7.5% on the existing price.
On the other hand Ferro Manganese/Ferro Manganese Slag and some identified grades of Manganese Ore continue to be sold on e-auction basis as well as through Metal Mandi (M3) of MSTC.
