Biznext India : Infosys, India’s 2nd largest software company, has announced that it’ll divest its shares in CloudEndure Limited for a total consideration of approximately US$ 15.3 million.
“With regard to the minority investment made by the Company during 2015 in CloudEndure Limited (www.cloudendure.com), the Company announces that it has, on December 14th, 2018, signed an agreement to divest its shares in CloudEndure Limited for a total consideration of approximately US$ 15.3 million, subject to necessary conditions” the company said in a regulatory filing.
In 2015, Infosys had picked up minority stake in CloudEndure, that provides cloud migration and cloud-based disaster recovery software, for $ 4 million.
